Expenses Section

To give our customers the piece of mind they deserve we will be adding an expenses section. This will help you keep a record of your expenses. What you save falls between two activities and their difference: how much you make and how much you spend. Because you have more control over how much you spend, it's wise to take a critical look at your expenses. Innovative Account is a great tool for online budgeting. It has put all your accounts into one place and is ultimately helping you to analyse all of your spending.


Suppliers & Credit History

Time to clear it all out! No more invoices scattered all over the place, no more thick heavy files invading all your office's shelving. Upload printed documents of your expenses such as cheques and receipts and you will be able to excess every bit of information about your suppliers including old and current invoices from this section. Say good bye to monotonous hours spent shuffling through papers, because time is money not to be spent lightly.


More Designs

Getting tired of the same old daily things, well we are adding some new print designs for invoices, cash sales, etc. These designs include; 3 colour variations for a black theme and 3 colour variations for a white theme and also some very minimalistic themes for those who don't want to have colours in their documents.


Using charts and graphs can help the audience grasp visually the message that has to be conveyed. Charts and graphs are especially useful if there will be a great deal of details that would normally take up too much time explaining and you need to compact the information to a visual summation. Knowing your audience helps creating the right type of charts and graphs to use. For example, if you are addressing a team of sales representative, you want to search for sales charts and graphs that typically a sales team will understand visually. When utilizing charts and graphs keep in mind that they are to be supplemental to using words. Charts and graphs can be very powerful in visual presentations if done effectively. To help our clients further we are adding graphs to report cards for better visualisation and therefore better coordination between colleagues in the work place.

Scrolling through countless documents though is still time consuming. So our brilliant web developer has come up with the lustrous idea of bettering the transaction and document search. You'll be able to to search between given data through the audit tray which is the sequence of paperwork that validates or invalidates accounting entries. All documents are now grouped under each contact (Client /Supplier) and we now show the important data of each document making it more efficient as you will be able to look at invoices / receipts without opening the document.
